'Big Traithlon' - Fortwilliam

Hello there!



I have entered the Big Ben nevis Triathlon in late September, i am keen to know if there is anyone else who is competing too. I have a previous triathlon history of schoolboy races and have since been doing more mountainbike racing, and have been a support runner for my friend jim who ran the west highland way race. I am trying to establish a training plan for the next 6 months and was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions. The bike and run distances are quite good for me however the swim may be my downfall !
