Sore Knees


Looking for a bit of help/advise.

Anytime I transtion from bike to run whether it be in a brick session or during a race I am getting pain in the backs of my knees and upper calves. If i stop for a minute or two it tends to clear or if I stop and have a quick stretch it clears. Obviously neither of these solutions are particularly time saving.

Has anyone experienced this before and know how to reoslve it?
