Middle distance July 2011

I'm doing the Iron Fit programme ready for IM Wales next year. I've found an OD at the right time (Windsor or Rother Valley), but I'm also looking for a middle distance event on the 10th July.
Anyone know if there are any?

    you may find the day in the lakes will be on around that date. its up in the Ullswater lake then around to Shap fell on the bike and an Hilly on and of road run brilliant and cheap day of racing.
