Can't recommend these enough. The Elite is excellent if you're going to wear it swimming / during Tri, as it doesn't hold water as much as the fabric one. And if you are getting the fabric one, get an ankle strap at the same time. You can transfer the data tag between wrist and ankle, and the ankle strap also holds a timing chip.
You can get a nice little one or two line inspiraional quote put on it as well, just for that but of encouragement when things aren't going too well/
