Maintaining Motivation when Injured

I've been injured for the last 8 weeks and it looks unlikely that I'll be returning to proper training anytime soon.
I'm really struggling to find the motivation to do the limited exercise I am allowed. I am currently restricted to swimming (no kicking), aqua-jogging (yawn) and upper body weights. No running, cycling, horse riding or climbing and I am slowly losing the will to live!
Any advice on how to stay motivated to do any training when I'm finding it harder and harder to see the point of carrying on? All I really want to do at the moment is sit on the sofa, wallowing in self-pity while drinking wine & eating chocolate!

A good book is also a sound motivator (non-triathlon is better I find) Ranulph Fiennes "Mind Over Matter" is an absolutely amazing book.
