Triathlon England East are running their second Novice Triathlon Coaching Day at Hillingdon Outdoor Activity Centre near Harefield, N. W. London on Sunday 23rd May 2010.

The day will consist of; introduction to open water swimming, nutrition for triathlon, transition coaching and improving running technique.

Last years event was a great success, with one of those attending going on to represent GB at age group having never done a triathlon before.

    Who cares who finishes last if they have a celebration dance or moves on the finish line.


    Maybe disco should be taught to all rookies just in case they finish last!!!!! Is that in your book conehead!!!LOL
