This year sees the first Roseland Triathlon on Saturday 21st August at 11.00am

This will take place on the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, Cornwall, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. The start and finish will be in Portscatho TR2 5HH

The course distances are:

[list:1qan7b7t]750m open water swim[/list:u:1qan7b7t]
[list:1qan7b7t]24km cycle[/list:u:1qan7b7t]
[list:1qan7b7t]7km Off-road run[/list:u:1qan7b7t]

The event starts with an open water swim from Tatum's beach, Portscatho, to Porthcurnick beach.

Here you will then cycle to St.Anthony headland, the route will take you down into St.Mawes and out past the castle, you can see the St.Anthony Lighthouse from there which is where you’re headed next.

At St. Anthony you will then leave your bike and run along the coastal footpath to the finish back in Portscatho.

There will be massages, food and entertainment after the race so why not make a weekend of it.

We are accepting entries from individuals and relay teams but are limiting the number of entries to just one hundred.

We are also looking for willing bodies to help out with race marshalling, water stations, safety and many other things so if you’d like to get to wear a nice high visibility jacket and get a free t-shirt why not contact us.

We are raising money for Ataxia and would appreciate it greatly if you would help us.
So as well as your entry please download a sponsorship form to help raise money, this is not a requirement for entry.

You can also donate online either through your own web page on http://www.justgiving.com or donate directly to ours http://www.justgiving.com/roselandtriathlon
