Spinning Club required in London

Hi all,
With the nights closing in, looking to keep the legs turning, could anyone recommend a spinning club in London (either around Liverpool Street, or Kings Cross) that I could visit either before work, after work or at lunch.
Actually live in Cambridge, but the commute means I have to get my exercise when I can in winter!

worth it depending on how many times you go.
Maybe better off getting a Turbo though.
