Iron Man Nice

I am looking into signing up for IM Nice and would love to hear some feedback about the bike course. I have heard that you climb for 4 hours? Is that true? I would love to hear any comments /feed back about the race that anyone has. Thanks!

    I've been eyeing this up as I understand the run is almost pancake flat.

    The roads over there are super smooth so not really bothered about the climbing... and in 4hrs I'll be more than half way!!
