Swapping aero extensions ?

I am looking to swap my current 3T ski-bend extensions to the lower profile s-bend extensions and would like to know how much work is involved.

They are mounted on a '3T Aura Pro' aerobar. The bike is a Cervelo P2.

As I live in the country, I have no Cervelo or decent LBS nearby. So would need to do it myself.

Any suggestions really appreciated.

    Off thread slightly, but i read somewhere that s bend areo bars are not great for your wrists and forearms. You run the risk of arm problems due to the angles.
