London Triathlon

Hi all,
This is my first post

I am new to the triathlon world and am taking part in the London triathlon in september.

I have managed to rope my mate into doing it with me.
I am a regular London - Southend, London - Brighton bike rider but was looking for a new challenge.

I have already started my training, in the pool every tuesday & also in the gym.
Will be out road running & cycling in the next few weeks.

Any helpful tips & advice would be greatly recieved.

I am doing the triathlon in aid of the british Heart Foundation too, aiming ot raise £500.
If anybody would like to sponsor me, i would be very greatful!!
