Registrations for the Virgin Active London Triathlon 2012 are now open.
Doctors of the World UK has guaranteed places for the Virgin Active London Triathlon. Places are very limited so book yours as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
22nd and 23rd September 2012 - join our team and make a difference for people without access to health!
There are a whole host of different distances on offer ranging from Super Sprint all the way to Olympic Plus and all of these routes will incorporate a swim leg in the Docklands and a bike and run route which will take you past some of the most iconic London landmarks.
Registration fee is £50 with a committment to raising a minimum of £500 in sponsorship funds. If you exceed your target, we will refund your registration fee of £50 and your triathlon place will be then for FREE!
How you can make a difference?
Swimming = £150 could pay for treatments for 6 people infected by malaria the vaccinations kits need to protect them from life-threatening diseases
Cycling = £300 could give food and shelter to 30 children who are victims of the war in DRC.
Running = £500 could pay for a measles vaccination for over 5000 children.
You can also sign up with your team!
Teams are made up of maximum three people (one swims, one cycles and one runs).
Team registration fee is £120
Team fundraising target is £1,200
