Hi all,

I have entered the IM Switzerland and wondered if anyone has any feedback regarding the bike course out there. I have the profile but am looking for feedback regarding the climbs and decents really.

    Dont know but can tell you all about it on the 16th July!!!!
    I have yet to work out what the hills are like but I am doing a steep hard hill at the end of my long rides to get used to that last hill.

    It's a nice course: two climbs one 5mile climb half way round each lap and Heartbreak Hill just before the end of each lap which is a short/ sharp incline. Generally flat apart from that.

    Heartbreak Hill is great, massive crowds shoulder width apart... unleash your inner Lance/Wiggo/Schleck

    Straight from recollection, there is one slight technical descent that goes through a tunnel
