What a day, gorgeous sunshine, the lake was warm, zero wind and excellent orgainsation.
Preparation was good, although I did end up in A&E all afternoon on Saturday which wasn't part of the plan. Recovered well from that ordeal though and put in a storming performance in the race on Sunday.
