Having completed Ironman 70.3 UK earlier this year, I have finally taken the plunge and decided that enough was enough - the fantastic british winter was not going to beat me, and signed up for my first full Ironman distance in Zurich in 2013.
Just looking for any feedback/advice from anyone that has previous experience of competing at Ironman Zurich with regards to good hotels to stay at and any additional information race advice, or general words of wisdom for preparing for the logistics of competing abroad.
Any feedback, no matter how big or small would be a huge help.

Use the search function for either IMCH or ironman Switzerland, there have been plenty of threads on the subject, great race enjoy.
