220 Triathlon "FREE" downloads?

Recently subscribed to the mag for the first time, and signed up for the forums, so this is a newbie question!

I just received a link to info-dot-220triathlon-dot-com (sigh, it won't let me actually put in the URL) which lists some interesting sounding "FREE" downloads - the "Performance Special", "Tri Bike or Road Bike", etc.
... but I can't find out how to get these.

I see it says *** Please note all the subscription offers on this site are only available to new subscribers.*** Does that mean we can't get them? Seems odd...
