Ironman 70.3 Rapperswil

Hi, I am racing Ironman 70.3 Rapperswil in 2 weeks time. I am unsure about what the best bike set up is. I'd like to use my Tri bike- Orbea TT with53/40, 27/11 gearing and my aero helmet. Does anyone know the bike route well - although a couple of steepish climbs it seems suited to a TT set up but wondered if a road bike with 34 lower front chain ring might be better and the aero helmet unnecessary. Any recos? Richie
