Felt B12 (2012 Edition) for Sale...

I am reluctantly selling my Felt B12 (2012 Edition) as I am buying a new road bike and can't afford to have two £2k + bikes.
I've had it for 9 months. Ridden around 500 miles on it. It is in great condition other than the seat that I managed to rip and a small scratch on the rear derailleur when I got a bit over zealous in a race! I'm selling because I want a new road bike in time for Nice Ironman and can't afford to have both bikes. It is a shame as I love it. All the reviews speak for themselves - see bike radar.
It is the factory standard spec with:
- 11/25 Shimano Dura-Ace cassette
- 52/38 Shimano Dura-Ace and SRAM crank
- Shimano Dura-Ace breaks
- Felt's factory fitted wheels
- Vision trigger gear shifters and aero bars
- Size is equivalent to a 55 / 56 in road bike sizes - I am 5ft 10.5 inches
In short an awesome bike. To buy it new now the cheapest deal I can find online is £1799. Taking into consideration the age (9 months), use (500 miles), ripped seat and small scratch to rear derailleur, I am looking to sell it for £1325. If you didn't want to take the seat then I would knock it down to £1275. The seat is great but I'd understand if you didn't want it.
