I received a promotional flyer at the Nottingham Sprint triathlon this weekend about a winter training camp / holiday in Rwanda!
From the information on the website it looks quite interesting. Does anyone have any knowledge of what Rwanda is like at the moment and what medical precautions / vaccinations I need to take should I decide to go to Africa?
