Cycling in Cyrpus

I'm heading to Cyprus on holiday in August and have won entry to a half ironman that's only two weeks after I return...so I'm obviously going to be twitching and irritable if I can't get out on the bike whilst I'm away. Has anyone ever hired a road bike in Cyprus and can anyone recommend any routes/maps/websites ,etc? We'll be in the Troodos Mountains area just outside Paphos. Thanks

I seem to recall RAF Akrotiri having a decent triathlon club when I served there. I have just googled this and found the K1 Triathlon Club website. There are a couple of email addresses I suggest you contact them. If anyone will know answers to your question Forces personnel serving there should. Hope this helps.
