Ironman Training Plan

Hi All, probably doing IM Sherborne next year & 220 mag ran a training prog last year I think for a full IM. I've got weeks 13-16 & 21-24 but am missing the others. If anybody still has the relevant mags could they scan & e-mail them, or photocopy them & send them to me? Or if you've got the mags & you want to free up some room I'll take them off your hands. I'll refund postage of course.
