Hello All,
Just started working towards a Tri in the summer and was wondering if there was anybody around the Wyre forest/Worcester area who could do with a training partner? Need somebody who i can work with and take a few tips from!!
Also does anybody have copies of the pre christmas 220 training plans. missed them and think they might be worth looking at!!
