Just wondering what people thought about creatine? A friend has recommended taking a supplement called cyclone which is creatine based. He claims that this will help with getting my quads stronger for the bike and also the shoulders for the swim. Do any of you guys take creatine?

    I tried creatine about 5 years ago in powder form it gave me really bad stomach ache all the time so I stopped taking it during the loading phase. Changed to the serum which was better for my stomach but to be totally honest I never improved enough while taking it to justify the price (about 50 quid a bottle) haven't used anything since and I run faster now aged 32 than I did then. Just my opinion.
