Would any Ironman Guru out there be willing to help me out with a training strategy for IMUK. I was clobbered by a car in January and am only getting into training now. My new race TREK OCLV was trashed!! I finished last year 135th after an ad hoc training year. This year I have 16 weeks to sort myself out. I'm determined to better 11:16:16. Do I sound desperate?....I am!
