Bike cleaning recommendations.

Can anybody recommend a good lubrication/greasing agent to use after I finished cleaning my road bike.

I have tried a couple of lubricating sprays but they just seem to hold onto any dirt during my next ride.

I always use muc-off degreaser cleaner stuff.spray on,leave for 30 seconds and wipe.makes cleaning a hell of lot easier
