Bike Set Up

Hi guys,

Just a quick one about how i should set my bike up.

I know this might sound a bit daft but how high up should i have my seat on my bike? Should i be able to still touch the ground when i'm sitting on it or should i have it higher so that i fully extend my leg when i cycle? I don't think that i'm totally extending my leg with each revolution.

Any help would be most appreciated!

    Try this: Sit on you saddle and place your heels on the pedals now pedal backwards, if you can do this the saddle is not too high raise it until you can only just do this drill. You should almost extend the leg as you pedal normally, but your hips should not rock.
