MP3 / ipod / zen ???
I'm currently doing all my training runs listening to my MP3 player and find that it helps pass the time and keeps me going when I'm flagging. I've not done a triathlon before ..... do people use MP3's (generally) during the run bit??? I know you'd lose the atmosphere of the crowd and it'd add a few seconds to T2 but thinking it might just help get me round the 21K. Any comments?
