DVD for treadmill training

Hello All
Have been using a borrowed Spinervals dvd recently, really enjoyed the sessions. Wondering if anyone has seen the Runerval series of dvd's, are they any good, getting fed up with the Wife putting cr*p on the tv when I'm on the treadmill.....
P.S I now I should get outside and run, but it's flipping cold out there after 9pm !
