Llanrwst Sprint Triathlon

The event is held on Sunday 31st August in beautiful North Wales, come and see the sea, the mountains, the rivers and people in lycra!
400m pool swim, 25km bike route in the Conwy Valley and a 5km out and back run into the Gwydir Forest. The event also helps raise money for local childrens hospice Hope House.
