Hi all, Bit of a problem. Ive been running for sometime in ordinary looseish shorts, since upping the mileage they have been practically drawing blood around the bottoms of them. A friend suggested the tighter type of short which I have bought, this cured the chaffing on my thighs but has now left my ahem!...bits, very tender and nip like hell in the shower after a run[:(]. Any suggestions? thanks.
