Tri-bike shoes

I know this seems a bit rich in the light of the shoe spammers. But.. I am in the market for a new pair of bike shoes (tri specific) cost is not really an issue. I currently use Shimano but the problem is that my foot must be quite thin and the inward facing velcro flap rubs against the chainset. Apart from that they're excellent. Has anyone any suggestions ; Lake? Carnac? etc. Thanks

  • HI Treefrog,

I've got some Specialized Trivent's which are pretty comfy for my wider foot. Getting chilly with the weather now though as they are so vented. Nice stiff carbon soles and easy on/off.
  • hi I have some Lakes I think they're the 310s and have the same problem with the strap but apart from that they're really good
