Upgrading from 8 to 9 or 10 speed SHimano

I am still running shimano 8 speed on both my road and TT bikes due to running older but good wheels (Zipp 440 with Hope hub and Corima disc) as well as a pair of newer Shimano R550's.
I am now looking at upgrading my TT frame (Durace 9 speed mech's fitted) and the road bike to either 9 or 10 speed (probably go with 105 9 speed mechs for road bike with 9 or 10 speed STI).
From the Shimano web site it looks possble but will I need to change the free hub on either the Zipp or Corima? Corima list one but still waiting to hear from Hope!
