Winter tyres....

Having punctured 3 times in my last 2 rides, I think I need some winter tyres that will protect a bit more from punctures. Does anyone have any suggestions on which ones to go for. They will be for a Specialized Allez road bike.

Has anyone had any experience of the Specialized all condition Armadillos? Quite like the look of them.

    Same situation, it drove me nmad so bought a set of Armadillos. Only 2 weeks in, so far so good.

    i have continental punture proof tyres 700x26 me thinks, very heavy though. ok for the winter slogs, i back on summer slicks now.

    Had loads of puntures last year riding on country roads



    Bought Continental Ultra Gator Duraskins in October, no punctures to date despite lots of debris on the road.
