New middle distance triathlon organised by the Triangle Club in Northern Ireland on 8th July 2007. Based at Groomsport, just 15 miles from Belfast. 1.9k sea swim, 93k bike, 20k multi terrain run along the coast. Watch out for sand and waves!     Very sorry about that Nick - just the 1.9k. Hope the heartrate didn't get too high at the thought.
