I seem to recall an article in 2006/7 about motivational music which gave some web addresses for trmpo adjusted music...can't find it now, anyone have those addresses?
You know, funny enough...everyone will have their own types of music that gets them pumped. For me its fast paced rock music. I've seen people bust a sweat to beethoven...nothing surprises me!
