[color=#006699]Hey guys..2nd season of tri for me and building a tri-specific speed machine(ahem) instead of makin do wi the old plodder..Anyone have advice on chainring/cassette sizes to go on a speshy transition frame..biking is my strong leg-top 10% on a frame too big and cheap components!![8D][/color]

    I woudl stick with the same gear set up as you have now and take the neifit from better positioning, weight and comfort. top 10%!!: if it aint broke dont fix it!

    You should contact the TTX guy on the forum, from his logs he builds bikes and is a good source of info. Time Trial is his disicpline so if you are looking for speed, he should know. Check out the thread for Which Bike on the forum under General chat
