Traning with Injury

So my elbow joint on my left arm hurts when i extend too far or bend too far.

What do you guys do when you get this?

I was gonna keep training to some degree, but its hard since if i do work it it will keep getting worse.

So i can work without it but biking will hurt and swimming will suck, but is it ok to lift with it like that? or do kettlebells? as far as i can tell all i can do is run:(.

I'll say the same as I say to everyone who asls for advice on injuries on this forum. Go and see a specialist, don't listen to advice from people who have limited knowledge of sports injuries on this forum (unless they're a physio). You can't treat injuries online.

What I did with an injured knee this week was get it looked at to make sure its not REALLY serious, give it 5 days rest, if it improves do some light training and then go at it - probably bad advice but what the hell !!!

Don't waste time, go see a doctor. I pulled up at the track last week with a seized right calf muscle. Stopped running immediately and iced it when I got home. The next day I was at the physio. Turns out I had a muscle strain. 4 Physio sessions later and 10 days rest and I am ready to tackle an easy 21km tomorrow. Had it strapped up on Thursday. I was able to cycle easy after 5 days and have swum almost every day just using the pool buoy and paddles.

You don't want to make the injury any worse so get professional advice.
