my first ever duathlon and 7th!
was 7th heading into the first transition and I must of had my cycling legs with me that day 'cos I got back to transition of the bike in fourth, hoping for a podium finish, but my running legs were no where to be seen so I was helpless as I watched one runner...two runner....then a third run past me the last cople of KM [&:]

just looked at the results I was 2 mins behind the third guy[:@]
oh well I got another duathlon in a couple of weeks, its the same distance but this time there won't be two professionals racing[&:]
so fingers crossed, I wanna get my first trophy[:D]
