Hi folks... This is going to be my food diary as I'm not eating as well as I should [:)]and thought maybe by putting it all down in a post I'd be a bit more careful... plus thought it'd be interesting to see what everyone else puts in their bods after all the hard training we're puttng in..
Yesterday -
brekkie - 2 weetabix and a slice of toast
lunch - steak, 2 rashers of bacon and two fried eggs (not healthy) and a slice of wholemeal bread
dinner - spinach and ricotta canneloni in a cheese sauce with chippy chips (not healthy) - ice cream and banana for pudding
snacks- 4 ginger snaps, 1 cinnamon and raisin bagel, 2 apples and an orange
How does this compare to everyone else out there? I'm trying hard to lose a few extra pounds (I'm 6'1 and 13st1) but feel I can't eat enough to recover for the next training session - any advice would be helpful! Jaz
