12 week olympic training plan

evening all, i noticed in the latest edition of 220 that in response to a request for an olympic training plan they said they were posting one online asap. has anyone seen it? am i looking in the wrong place as i can't find it anywhere? all help welcome.

    glad i'm not the only one. thought all this training was affecting my eyesight !

    I'm looking for it too!!! However I found a 16 week plan on www.beginnertriathlete.com. You have to register but you can access a couple of free training plans for various distances and ability levels.



    Come on magazine dudes, don't let us down!!!!!!
