Fitting New Look Cleats to Carbon shoes

I have some new Nike Carbon fibre soled shoes, and need to fix look cleats to them. I have heard it is best to use the abrasive stickers that came with the shoes in between the sole and the cleat.

My question is this: Should i stick the sticker to the cleat or the sole of the shoe? in other words, should the abrasive side be rubbing against the sole or the cleat?

Any clarification would be much appreciated!

Ben

very good question.what ide do is what ive done.stick it to the sole rather than the cleat that way it protects the carbon more than if you where to do it the other way but come to think of it the frictional movement between the two is very very slight but anyway thats what ive done.
