Serpentine training

Afternoon all.



Am extremely nervous about my first tri at Blenheim on Saturday so thought i'd join in on the Swim for Tri Serpentine session tomorrow evening.



Has anyone else been/is going? Just wondered what to expect.

    Been there a couple of times. 2 different groups, one fitness and one technique.



    Around one hour and a half, and lots of race starts, experience to be gained.



    Really good fun, go for it!

    I did it too last week. Good experience, but cr*p changing facilities. And cold!

    harsher training is always better.thats what i say

    How cold?!! Oh god. And am rather worried that as there is no current it'll be scummy and i'll be swimming through duck poo!

    Well, it was 15 C, but you are not swimming all the time so you can get cold. No duck poo though
