Good Brick/Transition Training

Cycle home, run gear on, run out to the woods (approx 3 miles away,) then grab your stomach with pains. Good way to practice getting a tri suit on and off.

What is the correct way to cope with being "caught short" when on a run??

False advertising!!!! there i was checking out the latest posts, saw something about brick training, thought this could help with my jelly legs, but no. Just an answer to the question do tri-ers poo in the woods.

Check your diet and times from eating to exercising, sounds like something may need adjusting (not just your suit)
