Olympic glory

I hate to say it as I would love one of our brits to do it, but i can't see anyone else beating Gomez. Especially as he won the ITU race on this course last year.

He is such a good runner and i think the big hill on the run will split the good runners from the not so good runners. Im going for whitfield in 2nd as hes also an ace runner, and maybe the don in 3rd.

  • So everyone, with only a couple weeks to go - who's your money on in the mens?.

For me it's a no brainer for gold, J.G - although the olympics seems to be a disaster area for firm favorites.

The atmospheric conditions will play heavily on the race so home athletes will have a advantage.Of the British athletes I hope Mr Brownlee could be in with a medal chance as he wont be heavily marked like the other race favourites.
