What is the better format to go with??
I have a pair of Shimano TR01 shoes and would like to know what pedal's are best.
Are the all pretty much the same?
Sorry if this is a stupid question...[8|]
Thanks in advance
Martyn

And here for Shimano:

I am using R540's as my first 'clipless' a bit hairy trying to unclip at first and I'm thinking of switching to SPD M250's as they have a double sided action and supposed to be easier to unclip at slow speed stalls as I am paranoid about unclipping easily.
I've only ever used Shimano clipless - started off with SPD-R and changed to SL when I changed my bike.
I feel more secure with the SL; I use the floating cleats and I like the movement that gives me - I think it helps keep my toes awake, and also means I'm less likely to pop my feet off if I have a big wiggle.
