I'm hoping someone can elighten me as to what ages fall into age groups.

Yesterday I did my first tri - fantastic day, totally hooked!



I noticed

Junior

Senior

Veteran

Vintage



can anyone tell me the ages that fall into these.

I'm a Veteran, need to know how many years I'll be in this box!!!!

    Not sure mate but its got to be round about every 5 years.

    Not sure if it answers your question but I'm under the impression that for most of the larger tri's - London etc - the ages were:



    17-24

    25-29

    30-34

    35-39

    40-44

    45-49

    50-54

    55+

    cheers mate, I'm tryin to work out whether I've missed the seniors age group altogother which I assume I have, and therefore vintage is my next box !!!!!!!!!



    There's got to be an easier way of having a midlife crisis!!

    I have been listed as both a 'Senior Veteran' and also a 'Super Veteran' which does make feel a bit old in one way as at 51 not quite over the hill. Also makes comparison a bit difficult if it is the first time you have done an event after all the person who trashed you could be any age from 50 up to 80. Prefer age split smyself.

    The age groups vary but the ones re: London are common. Others quite often encompass decades so below 30 is er something er open?, 30 to 40 is senior, 40 up to 50 is vets, and above 50 is super vets.
