You may have to keep adding something on here for a few days so your post stays towards the top and people see it - and so it doesn't get pushed to page 2 because of the spam!!
My suggestions would be a) joke of the day, b) an interesting fact about shoes!!! c) a random, yet funny fact that will make people smile!
1.) Buy two pairs. Alternating trainers lets them dry between workouts, reducing the bacteria that causes smell and decay.
2.) Invest in removable liners. They provide cusgioning and keep your shoes from rotting (for the reason noted above).
3.) Run on soft surfaces like grass and dirt instead of pavement. Your trainers will look dirtier, but they'll last longer.
4.) Dont throw your trainers in the washing machine or dryer. They can shrink, lose their shape or come unglued.
