Can anyone help me, I have seemed to have developed strange foot pain when cycling during a longish period of reduced training. it is predominantly in my right foot but today I had it in both feet. [:(]
It appears after about 15mins and is a bit like having extreme muscle fatigue along the outer edges of my feet (difficult to describe, but dull and really achy).
I am using Specialised bike shoes, yellow Shimano cleats and 105 pedals (but it also occurs with my Dura Ace pedals). I am not scrunching my toes up in the shoes and I am pretty sure the cleats are aligned correctly, plus I have a fair degree of float on the pedals/cleats.
I am sure that there was a thread about this about a year ago nut I cannot find it.....
Can anyone help with some advice???
Thanks
Iain.

I have had different foot pains over the last few years that were variously sorted out by warmth, position change and I do like my more padded inner soles compared with the original Sidi ones. Good luck.
I had various foot problems which disappeared when I changed my shoes to Sidi
