Power of intention, read about this a few months ago. Find it interesting, a little sceptical though.

    There's a lot to be said for this, though I had never known anybody take it to the lengths described of Ali in that article. But watch any bobsled team or pole vaulter before they compete - they are good examples of short duration activities that are terrifically demanding in terms of precision, and the sportsmen and women spend a lot of time visualising before making their attempt.

    It's joked of pole vaulters that they can spend entire training sessions just visualising...
