Hi All,
Swimmming along as happy as happy can be, went in to a tumble turn...
... as soon as I kicked off BANG by calf cramped up [:@] Got out and gave it a bit of a massage.
Today, still no good. Im going to rest today, maybe have a spin for an hour later.
Problem is I have a cross country tomorrow morning. If I run I assume i will do damage? Any ideas, previous experiences would be good, really want to race tomorrow.

What did i do?
Tubi grip or compression socks - wore them all day.
Ice
A bit of self massage and sitting in the bath.
Ibuprofen gel a couple of times a day.
Gentle calf stretches.

I'd suggest you do a little run on race morning. If the calf protests, don't race: you dont want to lose 3 months by this.
Best of luck.
I didnt race this morning. Id rather miss today and run the rest of the series than miss the rest of it because of today [:)]
Thanks for the advice chaps.
